Students Conduct an Investigation into State-owned Enterprise Reform in Rizhao C

During August 3 to 5, students of the “Hai-tian” internship group, School of Management conducted an investigation into property right system reform in state-owned enterprises in Rizhao city.
  Team members received a warm reception from the Development and Reform Committee of Rizhao. With the cooperation of local governmental officials, members enquired and got detail information about property right system reform in state-owned enterprises and the reform history of state-owned enterprises in Rizhao since the open-up and reform policy was implemented. Students made specific analysis on several local reforming example companies which are listed domestic or abroad. Then, team members came to Rizhao Jiashi Foodstuffs CO., LTD and the head office of Rizhao Marine Groups for further study and visited main principals of both corporations. Team members learned the design of various rewarding and punishment system and quality assessment system during the reform, and topics on the five insurances of employees, as well as the computing methods of employee salary allocation after the system reform. Team members gained a lot of first-hand information about the enterprises system reform in local businesses.
